Refund policy
Thank you for choosing our bakery. We want you to be satisfied with every purchase.
- Report issues within 24 hours for perishable items (cakes, pastries, bread); packaged/unopened goods may be returned within 14 days with receipt.
- Eligible problems: stale, spoiled, damaged, incorrect items, or not as described. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- Remedies: choice of replacement (subject to availability), store credit, or refund to the original payment method (refunds processed in 5–10 business days).
- Customized/special orders: replacement or store credit is typical; full refunds are offered only when the bakery is at fault.
- Return process: contact us by phone or email or bring the item to the store with proof of purchase and photos if possible. We may request the item and packaging for inspection. Claims are reviewed within 3 business days.
- Online orders & shipping damage: keep packaging and photograph damage immediately; report within 24 hours. We will cover return shipping if damage is confirmed.
- Final sale & safety: sale/clearance items are final sale unless defective. Perishable items are not eligible for returns for hygiene reasons; remedies are handled case-by-case.
- Allergens: notify us in advance of severe allergies; we are not responsible for undeclared cross-contact unless explicitly guaranteed in writing
